Escoda Tekady Stiff Synthetic for Acrylic & Oils

Tekady is the stiffest synthetic fiber from Escoda. The Tekady most closely replicates the function of natural hog bristle in a synthetic brush. Tekady fibers are off white in color and quite stiff. They work well for moving heavy body paint similar to hog bristle, with the advantage of durability and ease of cleaning of synthetic. Orange stained wood handles with nickel-plated brass ferrules.

Series 5125 Tekady Stiff Synthetic ROUND
The Tekady series 5125 stiff round is flexible and long out of the ferrule. It does not form a distinct point for detail.

Series 4625 Tekady Stiff Synthetic BRIGHT
The series 4625 Tekady stiff synthetic bristle is somewhat tapered in from the edges to replicate an interlocked effect. This gives great control to the brush and with the short hair length, increased strength for moving stiff paint.
