Isabey Kolinsky Sable Oil Brushes

Series 6170 FAT FILBERT
The Fat Filbert from Isabey is a unique and highly functional Kolinsky sable brush for oil painters. The 6170 filbert is much more rounded or crescent shaped and shorter in length than other filberts. The brush head and hair load is twice as thick as other sable brushes. It gives this painters tool a great soft feel, more paint carrying capacity and excellent spring. A truly fine 'Old Masters' brush! Red stained handle with a nickel-plated brass ferrule.
